Once upon a time,I was having same issues like introvert,not socialising,when I was introduced in to Sudarshan kriya,lot of changes happened,now I am a certified yoga teacher from srisri school of yoga,now am teaching yoga to many people around me,am sharing the great knowledge,all thanks to gurudev and aunt and uncle who introduced me into this wonderful path,Jai gurudev

Brother joining a chess class and joining a spirituality course are not one and the same thing - when people come to a class for a course promising enlightenment as the end goal - they are expected to be extremely serious ones ready to sacrifice everything so charging small amount for a course is not the way ideally it should be free and left to the aspirants to donate freely - you may end up with much more funds than charging a small but mandatory course fee ! My humble opinion

So many people here in the comments section got it wrong. Money in itself is not evil if used wisely. You can never serve people experiencing poverty if you don't have money. Art of Living has been nothing but a life-changing experience for me. I also felt that they had some ulterior motive behind the fees for the course. However, from a broad vision, the Art of Living would not have been able to expand in so many countries without money. We save money to buy a Phone which will give us pleasure temporarily, but when spending it to learn something very useful to manage stress, we start complaining about why they charge. If you are not aware there also Rural programs with minimal fees. Just search for it.

Guru is sacrifice!! Teacher is Moh. Guru deserve to Gurudakhina, Teacher gets salary

sudarshan kriya means just breathing exercises ah sir?? ... in one youtube video i followed everything till breathing and then he told now you can follow your Sudarshan kriya and he gave 15 mins for that ..... i did not know what to do in that time so I left it .... what exactly is done in Sudarshan kriya??

I cannot walk with balance and confidently. I was a very normal person. After a surgery I'm finding it difficult to walk. I dont get confidence to walk. Will sudarshan kriya be useful for me?

Courses are not at all affordable. Need to think of price. Lower income middle class can not afford it.
